Giorgie Cpajak

An abstract work which creates a sense of massiveness. Giorgie is carving something
which will act as a geometric monument to the links between the Romans and the Celts.
He sees it as a column of life, with different components existing together.

Giorgie was born in 1961 in Yugoslavia. Now he is based in Italy and teaches part-time
in Stockholm. He specialises in monumental sculpture, predominantly in stone, but also
works in wood and bronze. He has carried out more than 30 public commissions world-
wide and has won numerous prizes.
